How do I get my login credentials?
After purchase, your credentials are sent instantly via WhatsApp and email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.
What devices are supported?
ZeroBuffering works on Fire Stick, Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Apple TV, Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, and web browsers.
Why is my stream buffering?
Try: 1) Restart your device, 2) Check your internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended), 3) Switch to a different channel, 4) Contact support if issue persists.
How do I enable EPG Lite mode?
In the ZeroBuffer app, go to Settings > EPG > Enable 'Lite Mode'. This reduces memory usage and prevents crashes on older devices.
